The MSA510/1 compact encoder with translation electronics offers highresolution, low-power sensor development for linear and rotary applications. The low-profile magnetic band has resolutions of 10 m and velocities up to 5 m/sec. The encoder offers contamination immunity, large alignment tolerances, no enclosure, and extended temperature range. The adhesive-backed magnetic band and low-mass encoder are IP65 rated and CE marked. They're virtually unaffected by external magnetic fields, making them suitable for linear servomotor and direct-drive rotary applications.
